Hello, I'm Pratishtha Lohani, Or Pratsy as many call me. I'm the founder of Prayog - Yoga with Pratsy,
where we offer personalized online yoga sessions and nutrition couseling to help individuals embrace
holistic well-being. At Prayog, we combine the benefits of modern yoga techniques with simple, balanced meals to
foster a healthier, more mindful lifestyle.
With over 9 years of experience in the wellness and healthcare industries, I am a certified 500-hours RYT
Yoga Instructor and a DHA-licensed Nutritionist. My work is deeply rooted in a passion for improving the
physical, mental, and emotional well-being of my clients. But my interests extend beyond health - I'm also
immersed in the arts. Trained in Hindustani Classical Singing, and passionate about dance and acting, I believe
the arts enrich our lives, helping us connect more deeply with ourselves and others.
I truly believe in the transformative power of meaningful connections and the importance of networking
to build lasting, supportive relationships. Originally from Rajasthan, India, I come from a Sindhi
Family and pursued my higher education in Bangaloe. I'm happily married to a visionary and supportive
partner who works in the aviation industry in the UAE.
